FRYSC - Family Resource Youth Service Center

What is the Family Resource & Youth Service Center?

The Family Resource and Youth Service Centers are designed to link families, schools, and communities together to help meet the needs families are facing today. The goal of the centers is to help students be successful in school by removing barriers to learning and helping families meet their needs.

Who Can Use the Family Resource & Youth Service Centers?

The centers serve the students and families of Webster County. The Centers are open to all students (preschool through twelfth grade) and their families.

Who Operates the Family Resource & Youth Service Centers?

A coordinator runs each FRYSC location. An advisory council comprised of school employees, parents, students, and community representatives oversees and approves the operation and expenditures of the Family Resource & Youth Service Centers.

The Family Resource Centers serve all four elementary schools and the YES Youth Service Center serves middle school and high school.  FRC Coordinators are Melissa Wolfe (Sebree and Dixon) and Rachel Gooch (Clay and Providence). The YES Center Coordinator is Courtney Menser.
